• Working Location: Gul Circle (Transportation provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + HP Allowance + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all phases of project delivery, encompassing engineering, scheduling, cost control, coordination, and on‑site supervision.
• Prepare, submit, and keep track of all necessary project documentation and engineering records.
• Actively monitor project execution for timeliness and quality, promptly addressing and expediting any issues that arise to maintain progress.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and other related parties to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee the work performed by contractors to confirm adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the product delivered and the services provided.

Qualifications
