Responsibilities
- Study tender, construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
- Prepare shop drawing submissions for client & consultant approval.
- Monitor and follow up on drawing submissions to ensure timely approval.
- Submit material submissions to client for approval and follow up for timely response.
- Prepare AFM and submit for A&A projects, including presenting AFM with SMRT for A&A works.
- Plan and schedule work sequences for ACMV and TVS systems according to project timeline.
- Liaise with client, CWC/SWC subcontractors, and coordinate site activities.
- Perform site inspections to ensure work complies with specifications and approved drawings.
- Coordinate with civil and system-wide contractors to resolve clashes prior to work commencement.
- Order equipment/materials from suppliers based on the approved list and monitor delivery timelines.
- Arrange site surveys with client and subcontractors to ensure readiness for work.
- Attend coordination meetings with client, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Check and sign daily permits for relevant works.
- Arrange daily work schedules for subcontractors according to project plan.
- Ensure work progresses according to schedule and conduct daily site walks for quality assurance.
- Lead and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, including site supervisors.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Hold daily progress meetings and prepare reports.
- Report incidents or accidents immediately to WSHO/CM/PM and communicate site activities to management.
- Update and submit weekly progress claims.
- Arrange and record all site inspections, including material and pressure tests.
- Respond to comments from clients and consultants on drawings.
- Prepare as-built drawings and submit for final checks.
- Develop testing and commissioning plans and attend related coordination meetings.
- Prepare TFP/TOP documentation and coordinate system handovers.
- Manage defect liability period and system maintenance.
