Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in plumbing, sanitary, or gas system design.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore's codes and standards is a plus.

Job Responsibility

• Coordinate and supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of Plumbing, Sanitary, and Gas systems.
• Assist in design development and engineering calculations for project compliance.
• Prepare construction drawings and documentation under guidance.
• Support scheduling and monitoring of work programs to ensure on-time handover.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to track materials delivery and progress.
• Participate in work assessments and progress claims for subcontractors.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule targets.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in plumbing, sanitary, or gas system design, installation, or commissioning (experience in Malaysia or Singapore welcomed).
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Singaporeâs codes and standards is a plus; training and support will be provided.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and familiar with project management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in teams.
