Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in plumbing, sanitary, or gas system design.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Basic knowledge of Singapore's codes and standards is a plus.

- Coordinate and supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of systems.
- Prepare construction drawings under guidance.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material delivery.

Job Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of Plumbing, Sanitary, and Gas systems.
- Assist in design development and engineering calculations for project compliance.
- Prepare construction drawings and documentation under guidance.
- Support scheduling and monitoring of work programs to ensure on-time handover.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to track materials delivery and progress.
- Participate in work assessments and progress claims for subcontractors.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule targets.
Job Requirements
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in plumbing, sanitary, or gas system design, installation, or commissioning (experience in Malaysia or Singapore welcomed).
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Singaporeâs codes and standards is a plus; training and support will be provided.
- Proficient with AutoCAD and familiar with project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in teams.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and willing to learn in a dynamic construction environment.
