You will prepare detailed civil drawings using CAD software and collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers and site teams, maintaining drawing standards and file organization, and supporting permit submissions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documents and reports.
• Track project progress and update schedules.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries.
• Support submission of permits (BCA/HDB).
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.
• Ensure smooth communication between all parties.
• Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD/Civil 3D or equivalent).
• Interpret design briefs, sketches, and mark-ups to produce precise drafting outputs.
• Develop site plans, grading plans, drainage systems, and infrastructure layouts.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and coordination.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project changes in a timely manner.
• Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and version control.
• Support documentation for approvals, submissions, and construction phases.
