Assist the Project Manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet contractual requirements and timely delivery of committed work-scope within agreed schedule.
Coordinate effort from internal stakeholders and ensure effective delivery of contractual commitments.
Attend to daily tasks relating to project work:
Conduct meetings with clients, external consultants, and internal stakeholders from various disciplines; record meeting minutes.
Promptly submit documents (Engineering Design, Project Execution Plan, Schedule Progress Reports, Work Procedures, Derived Results, etc.) to clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address findings from these submittals.
Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests as “Test Director,” working with internal subject matter experts (Test Commander) to explain the test process and demonstrate test performance with a record of results.
Lead and organize shipment/logistic work and ensure products are delivered according to contractual obligations.
Identify and alert higher management of potential risk exposure.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Proficiency in English.
Minimum four (4) years of working experience in the marine and offshore/heavy equipment industry.
Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project/Excel/MS Word/PowerPoint/Adobe Acrobat) and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Experience in supervisory and management roles, including projects, people, and work processes.
