Job summary

AJ RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is hiring for a production scheduling role. The candidate will develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure smooth handovers to the Production Team for mass production.

The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, BCSS/CSOC certification, and willingness to work 5.5 days with occasional overtime. Transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure smooth transfer and handing over of information to Production Team for mass production.
• Liaise with clients and working partners to clarify and resolve technical and operational troubles.
• Support Production in areas like process optimization, implement manufacturing process, and automation to maximize production output.
• Provide assistance in daily operations and administrative work.
• Update on the monthly production schedules and monitor production work order to ensure delivery on time.
• Report and escalat to management as needed.

Job Requirements

• Working days is 5.5 . Occasional overtime may be necessary subject to the site activities.
• Self-motivated, responsible, enthusiastic and willing to work hard and under pressure.
• Own transportation is highly preferred.
