  • Proposal Preparation: Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals, including method statements, preliminary designs, construction sequences, and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with client and project requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, operations) to gather inputs for proposal development and ensure seamless project handover to site execution.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with clients throughout the project lifecycle—from proposal stage to site delivery—on planning, scheduling, technical clarifications, and progress updates.
  • Project Execution & Site Management: Plan and oversee daily site activities in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and schedules, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead site crews and subcontractors, enforcing high standards of safety, quality, and productivity while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Geotechnical Risk Management: Interpret and apply geotechnical findings to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies during both proposal and construction phases.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, QA/QC records, claims, and risk assessments.
  • Cost & Resource Optimization: Support cost control initiatives through value-driven engineering, efficient resource planning, scrap minimization, and procurement alignment.
  • HSEQ Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across all phases of the project, contributing to company-wide safety and sustainability goals.

This role will be required to spend most of the time on construction sites and candidates must be comfortable working outdoors.
