Communicate with all Project Managers and Project staff for site works
Planning and scheduling of projects
Manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
To ensure clients' requirements are met
To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors
Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge
To plan and coordinate between clients, main contractors, colleagues, sub-contractors and vendors to schedule and sequence of work
To liaise with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow
To update as-built drawing according to individual services
To understand and perform the requirement according to the local standard and comply to the authority's requirement
To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
To carry work with good safe practice
To prepare submission of material and drawing
To prepare for shop drawing
To prepare all calculation for each trade
Prepare for Operational Maintenance Manual
Carry out testing and commissioning according to standard and client's requirement
To prepare variation report
Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
Architectural discipline will be advantageous
Well verse in CAD drawing and MS Office
Organized, responsible, good team player and initiative with positive work attitude
Good project management skills and able to work independently
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and do overtime if necessary
Preferably Engineer specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Energetic, self motivated, good problem solving skills
Willing to learn, positive attitude
