Responsibilities

• Manage and control projects to meet contract requirements and ensure cost control.
• Collaborate with engineers and manage sub-contractors according to the project plan.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and issue invoices as per contract milestones.
• Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries.
• Schedule and attend project meetings as required.
• Maintain project costing sheets and tracking records.
• Attend technical and coordination meetings at the site.
• Support contract administration works including ordering and billing.
• Work with Customer Service and SCM teams on parts ordering.
• Manage sub-contractor work schedules and quality.
• Support the Service team during product FAT/SAT.
• Commit to Quality Management and Safety standards.

Job description

A. Manage and control projects to meet contract requirements and ensure cost control to meet project budgets.

B. Collaborate with Eaton Service Engineers and manage sub-contractors in resource deployment according to the project implementation plan.

C. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and issue invoices per contract milestones and progressive claims.

D. Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries according to each project's requirements.

E. Schedule and attend project meetings/discussions as required.

F. Maintain up-to-date project integrated costing sheets and traceable tracking records to account for project expenses.

G. Attend project meetings (technical, coordination, etc.) at the site.

H. Manage/support contract administration works such as ordering, billing milestones, shop drawings, and O&M submissions.

I. Work with Customer Service and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams on parts ordering and lead times to meet project requirements.

J. Manage sub-contractor work schedules, resource deployment, and quality of work.

K. Manage customer requests during product FAT/SAT and support the Service team in reporting results.

L. Be committed and responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS):

• a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking.
• b. Provide necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS/EHS.
• c. Communicate to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS/EHS requirements.
• d. Ensure the QMS/EHS meets its goals.
• e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS/EHS.
• f. Create a culture of continuous improvement.
