Job summary
A prominent engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled engineer to oversee maintenance schedules and project management. Responsibilities include routine inspections and liaising with subcontractors, as well as ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in engineering and at least 4 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably with construction industry background.
- Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedules.
- Manage annual shutdowns, liaise with contractors and production groups.

Job Description
- To develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment’s and execute
- Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment’s by co-ordinate with contractors at site
- To manage annual shutdown and liaise with contractors and production group
- To review and update maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment’s
- To ensure all maintenance activities adhere with company's EHS policies
- To maintain pumps, compressors, blowers, boilers, chillers, and ACMV equipments Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning
- Planning, co-ordination, prepare risk assessment and method of statement
- Follow projects progress and coordinating between sales, technical department and customers
- Handle overall planning and implementation of project management to ensure timely delivery
- Preparation and submission of drawings or documents
- Monitor site progress and arrangement of work activities
- Attend co-ordination meeting
- Prepare progress report, project claims and relevant documents for monthly event
- Liaise with users, suppliers and contractors in supervision of project sites
- Liaise with customer in regards to all site matters and attend meetings if required
- Responsible for monitoring daily progress and process at the project site
- Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures/ standards are followed Co-ordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant parties
- Check price and submit quotation as per customer required
- Other duty assigned by Customer or Superior

- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
