Job summary

SERANGOON ENGINEERING (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to manage the construction activities for DNR, WDA and MRT depot projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate site work, attend inspections with RTO, and ensure safety, health and environmental standards on site. The role requires willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays, with involvement in planning for workers, cost control, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while supporting sales and

Qualifications

• Experience in construction projects such as DNR/WDA/DEPOT MRT is preferred.
• Willing to work long hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Attend site inspections and coordinate with RTO authorities.
• Sales and marketing involvement is required.
• Plan workers schedules, cost control, and safety/health/environment practices.
• Experience with ACMV, electrical and LV cable pulling at water plant sites.
• Assist in on-site sales and marketing planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations for DNR/WDA/DEPOT MRT projects.
• Work on Saturdays/Sundays/Public holidays as required.
• Attend site inspections with RTO.
• Support sales and marketing activities.
• Plan staff schedules, monitor costs, and enforce safety and environmental standards.
• Handle ACMV, electrical and LV cable pulling at water reclamation projects.
• Assist in on-site sales and marketing efforts.
