Job summary

A leading company in project coordination is seeking a Project Coordinator specialized in ELV and security systems. The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring alignment with company goals, and managing communications between clients and contractors. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering and relevant project experience, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in ELV and/or security systems.
• Bilingual and able to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Own transport is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Overall coordination, implementation and execution of projects.
• Perform project coordination between client, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation and execution of projects ensuring consistency with company commitments and goals

• Good organisation and time management skill, able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Perform project co-ordination works between client, suppliers and sub-contractor, pre and post project implementation

• Monitor and report the progress of the projects to all stakeholders

• Able to work under tight deadlines

Requirements

· Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering preferred;

· 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in ELV and/or security systems;

· Is bilingual and is an excellent communicator across all level;

· Those with own transport will be an advantage;
