A construction and design company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage timber construction projects. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in construction or interior design, with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in construction, furniture, interior design or related industries.
• Experience in woodworking or carpentry is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of timber construction projects.
• Liaise with various stakeholders including architects, main contractors and clients.
• Plan out and deconflict multiple project timelines to maximize resource usage.
• Manage worker welfare and performance.
• Manage project expenses and ensure profitability targets are met.
