A construction and design company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage timber construction projects. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, planning project timelines, and ensuring profitability. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in construction or interior design, with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin preferred.
- Manage execution of timber construction projects
- liaise with various stakeholders including architects, main contractors and clients
- plan out and deconflict multiple project timelines to maximise the usage of company resources
- Manage worker welfare and performance
- Manage project expenses and ensure profitability targets are met
- Diploma in architecture / interior design / engineering design or other construction related fields
- strong communication skills in English
- preferably good communication skills in Mandarin.
- excellent organisational skills
- 2-3 years experience in the construction / furniture / interior design or related industries
- Experience in woodworking or carpentry is preferable.
