Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Under general supervision: Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the client.
  • Responsible for day-to-day contact and communication with the client, focusing on providing client satisfaction.
  • Possess knowledge of Oil and Gas design and engineering in the offshore industry.
  • Supervise personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders.
  • May also serve as the proposal manager for medium-sized projects.
  • Job role includes some budgetary accountabilities.
  • Manage internal and external project interfaces.
  • Responsible for the delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the project schedule, including early identification and resolution of problems that may impact progress.
  • Support the management of change process on the project, including the development of discrete schedules and budgets.
  • Support the identification and management of risks on the project, including the development of mitigation measures to remove and/or control residual risk.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering with 7 years of experience.
  • Experience with an Oil and Gas engineering company handling onshore and offshore projects.
  • Experience in coordinating and serving as the focal point for mechanical equipment procurement, including but not limited to bid clarification meetings, procurement status reviews, kick-off meetings, and liaison with mechanical package engineers and client engineers.
  • Knowledge of multi-discipline execution of offshore projects.
  • Knowledge of 3D CAD and other Engineering and Design Tools, including Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE, and Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of digital delivery of projects is preferred.
