A leading technology company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Smart Building System projects. Responsibilities include monitoring site work, controlling budgets, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates must have a diploma in engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Oversee the implementation of Smart Building System projects.
Understand system design, review technical specification including quotation.
Monitor site work and responsible for shop drawing, catalogue, material submissions.
Attend meetings and liaison work with consultants/ clients / main contractors / vendors.
Provide functional direction to assigned personnel.
Monitor and control operation to achieve the targeted turn-around time, productivity, quality, environmental, occupational health & safety standards.
Propose and implement improvement works to client.
Establish and maintain courteous / co-operative relationship with clients.
Control project budget.
Qualification
Diploma in Engineering.
Experience
2 years in similar capacity.
