Job summary

LIAN SHING CONSTRUCTION CO PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator to support site operations, liaising with site supervisors, clients and authorities to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. Fluency in English is required. Singaporean or PR status only.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities to ensure smooth execution; liaise with supervisor, clients and government authorities.
• Resolve site challenges proactively in a timely manner.
• Prepare project progress, claims and other reports.
• Carry out risk assessment and communicate risk assessments to concerned parties.
• Maintain and improve company reputation with clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Resolve site challenges proactively in a timely manner.
• Prepare project progress, claims and other reports.
• Carry out risk assessment and other risk management activities:Make recommendations on risk control measures; and
  Communicate Risk Assessments (RA) to concerned parties.
  
• Maintain and improve company reputation with clients
• Any other duties as assigned.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 0800hrs to 1800hrs;
• Friday: 0900hrs to 1800hrs
