Overview

FIRECONTROL TECH is a well establish engineering company dedicated to providing practical and cost-effective design & built solutions for industrial applications to our client from conceptual to detailed design to installation to authorities permitting and project construction.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and scope of works, resolve technical issues with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor overall site progress, schedule critical work paths to avoid delay in project schedule.
• Ensure specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule.
• Plan work activities and ensure they are carried out in safe working environment.
• Manage and supervise site workforce.
• Attend sub-con meetings and technical meetings.
• Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly progress/construction report.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Construction-Related)
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in building construction environment.
• Basic knowledge in construction planning.
• Proficient in MS Office and schedule reporting.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proactive & resourceful with strong problem solving skills.
• Knowledge in work schedule planning software will be added advantage.
