The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Project Engineer to join the team in Tekirdağ – Çorlu. Reports to the Engineering Manager. Scope: Local. Terms & Conditions: Full Time – No relocation assisted.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, managing resources, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications to drive project success.
- Play a key role in driving business objectives, improving team collaboration, and delivering results aligned with organizational goals.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Project Management and Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing engineering projects; monitor timelines, budgets, and milestones; manage resources; coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Technical Expertise: Review engineering designs and specifications for feasibility and compliance; provide technical support; conduct calculations, simulations, and analyses; ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Risk and Quality Management: Identify risks and mitigation strategies; implement quality control; conduct site visits and inspections.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare project updates, progress reports, technical assessments, and financial summaries; maintain clear communications with team members and external stakeholders; address client concerns professionally.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders; manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs while aligning with stakeholders’ needs.
Qualifications
- BSc in Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Preferably experience in FMCG; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems used in FMCG production, including hydraulics, pneumatics, packaging machines, and conveyors.
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to interact at all management levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
- Advanced MS Office; familiarity with MS Projects, technical drawings, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects; ability to work independently and in a team; commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Living (or willing to live) in Corlu.

Additional Information
