• Manage project costs and conduct meetings with subcontractors.

Job description

• Follow the Project Management Process from award until handover, including all statutory requirements and deliverables.

• Review project proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases of the project.

• Coordinate and participate in pre- and post-tender surveys for SED/ordering and pre-construction surveys on existing buildings (applicable to MOD projects only).

• Prepare documentation such as daily reports, monthly progress reports, and methods of statement.

• Direct and coordinate activities of the project team, including attending site meetings, participating in all internal and external inspections/handover processes for public use with no critical defects, and placing orders for spare parts via the spare parts finder database.

• Oversee drawing management and update clients/subcontractors accordingly.

• Collaborate closely with safety personnel to ensure compliance with all government and safety regulations by conducting regular safety walks.

• Manage project costs, proactively identifying and highlighting potential cost overruns and delays.

• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update on work progress.
