Job description

  • Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes, plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives, regularly schedule and attend meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees and the Project Manager.
  • Getting necessary approval (NCE, LTA Approval, NPark and Special Approvals) for the site teams, and special approvals like GTP, MPA and LPB clearances and request for, TPOM Officers coordination for standing supervision.
  • Maintain records and renew any expired approvals/permits that are required (C&G NCE, Telecom, GTP, LPB LOAs).SP Officers coordination regarding the following schedule of works (ROA Schedules, Reinstatement) for Distribution Projects.
  • Coordinating with LTA and NPark officers regarding the ROA queries raised by authorities, and get approval on time.
  • Providing support to project managers and operation team when requested.
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary, and sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams.
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Regularly schedule and attend meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees and the Project Manager.
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, meeting minutes and emails.
  • Providing support to project managers and operation team when requested.
  • Being point of contact for various working groups.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant local experience in LTA road works, structural, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with underground utilities or similar site works is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in project coordination and site supervision with a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and consultants.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license

  • Work Schedule: 6-day work week.
  • Location: Office at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556 (North Singapore)
