Job Description
- To carry out daily implementation of works with fellow supervisors and workers. Coordinates and maintain constant communications with fellow colleagues from other departments like architectural, technical, and planning to ensure works are carried out smoothly and no re-work or clashes with other trade works.
- Plan and ensure all implementations are carried out in accordance with the project timelines.
- Study all related construction drawings, prepare any necessary construction method statement including technical proposal and raise any RFI’s required early before implementation of the actual works.
- Liaise with clients for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports, and maintain all required records at the sites.
- Plan the sequences of the construction operations following the Project Quality Plan.
- Attends all necessary site progress meetings, internal meetings when required.
- Responsible for safety, quality, and progress of subcon works.
- Keep track of submission statuses like shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements, and all other technical submissions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Site Office Environment.
