Job description

We are well establishing ACMV Contractor. In line with our expansion plan, we invite suitable qualified individuals to fill the following position:

PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibilities

1. Documentary works for tenders, progress reports, handling over documents and as-built drawings.
2. Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the project schedule of work.
3. Responding to customer complaints and comments.
4. Troubleshooting actions for the problems in air-conditioning system.
5. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
6. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
7. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
8. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
9. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
10. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Minimum relevant certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Knowledge in MS Project, AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English & Chinese.
• Outgoing and willing to work extra hours.
• Possess positive working attitude.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred.
