Job summary

MODERN POOLS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on professional to drive project planning, scheduling, and site management. You will oversee timelines, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, and ensure on-site operations run smoothly from start to finish.

You will assure technical compliance with design drawings and QA/QC standards, prepare technical reports and variations orders, enforce safety regulations on site, and optimize resource use by managing materials, equipment, and manpower.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project timelines, milestones, and workflows to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee on-site construction or technical operations, coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and clients for seamless execution.
• Ensure all work complies with technical specifications, design drawings, and quality control standards.
• Prepare, review, and submit technical reports, project documentation, method statements, and variations orders.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on-site, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation measures.
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower, ensuring efficient use of resources.
