Job summary

Anderco Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations professional to support the DriveProject team in Singapore. The role involves assisting the Project Manager, coordinating engineering drawings, and liaising with Supply Chain and subcontractors to keep construction on track.

Responsibilities include managing risks, ensuring safety and EMS compliance, and delivering completed projects with proper handover documentation to clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to oversee projects in charge
• Ensure project engineering issues are on schedule and within budget
• Collaborate with Engineering Service dept to ensure accurate and updated construction drawings
• Coordinate with Supply Chain & Procurement on machinery and materials orders
• Monitor material wastage and optimize resource deployment
• Ensure sub-contractors meet project requirements and schedules
• Organise proper handover of construction documents to clients and sub-contractor
• Build and train a competent supervisory and work crew team

• AssistsProject Manager to overseas the projects in charge
• Ensurethe project engineering issues are on schedule/within budget
• Workclosely with Engineering Service dept. to ensure accurate & updated construction drawing
• Work with Supply Chain & Procurement onmachinery and materials orders
• Monitorall the material wastage
• Deploymentof resources (manpower, material, machineries) required to achieve projectschedules
• Ensurethe sub-contractors to achieve project requirement & schedule

PrepareRisk Management Plan

• Buildcontingencies in to the plan to provide a reserve in the schedule forunforeseen future problems

AdministerWorkplace Safety and health (WSH) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

• Ensureworkers/sub-contractor comply with the company safety regulation

Organiseand Proper Handover the Completion Project

• Ensureproper accurate handover of construction documents to the Clients
• Ensurethe Sub-contractor submit the proper handover documents to the company
• Ensurethe project deliver by us and sub-contractor to client(s) on schedule with"0" defect

Managea Team with Good Technical Knowledge

• Buildand train a competent Supervisor, Leadmen and worker team
