Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage teams of supervisors and coordinators for daily work activities.
• Liaise with clients, internal staff, and subcontractors on daily activities.
• Manage work progress of the activities.
• Prepare monthly lateral logging updates and claims documents for submission to QS and clients.
• Report site issues to the Project Manager and propose mitigation and improvements.
• Coordinate, liaise, and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Understand engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations and designs.
• Coordinate safety management on site.
• Supervise project deliverables and site coordination.
• Follow up and report on project progress.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
• Preferably hold a Class 3 driving license.
• Willing to work at Tuas, 6 days a week.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably trained in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
