Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or equivalent.
• Competent in WSH Safety Regulations or WSH Safety Coordinator Certification.
• Experience in construction industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project's progress and schedule.
• Interact with architects, engineers, and contractors regarding project coordination.
• Prepare bi-weekly or monthly site progress reports for payment claims.

Job description

May perform and/or all of the following:

• Prepare and monitor the project's progress and schedule.
• Interact and attend on-site with architects, engineers, contractors, and maintenance personnel regarding project coordination activities and other concerns.
• Check the drawings for any discrepancies before execution.
• Prepare bi-weekly or monthly site progress reports for payment claims to the customer.
• Justify claims on-site from subcontractors.
• Prepare safety administrative paperwork such as safety induction, risk assessment, method statement, and safety work procedures.
• Arrange endorsement for testing of equipment by AE.
• Establish and maintain all project files based on ISO procedures.

1. Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or its equivalent.
2. Possess own vehicle.
3. Competent and versed in WSH Safety Regulations or attained WSH Safety Coordinator Certification.
4. Experience in the construction industry would be an advantage.
