Lindner Facades Asia Pte Ltd (LFA) was successfully re-launched in May 2019, as part of the Lindner Steel & Glass operation. Located in Singapore, LFA will be used as a base to promote and secure projects for LFA and Lindner Group in the vast and promising Asian market.

Our projects will cover the Asian markets, which include India, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. Enquires have also been received from Cambodia, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

LFA offers pre-sales consultation and planning advice, design and engineering, project management and planning, fabrication and installation. Employing a team of highly skilled, well-trained and extensive experience when it comes to LFA’S unique selling point in delivering turnkey projects with complex steel and glass, facades, skylights, curtain wall and building envelopes.

Duties and Responsibility

Assist Project Manager to oversee all daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals.

  1. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  2. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with QA/QC requirements.
  3. Convey proper instructions to subcontractors to ensure all installation works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings details.
  4. Manage construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues.
  5. Prepare installation sequence & micro schedule for respective façade elements according to construction drawings.
  6. Coordinate with Subcontractors on all matters pertaining to site installation and quality issues.
  7. Monitor and update daily project/site progress report.
  8. Maintain proper records of Site Inspection Reports, materials deliveries and site activities.
  9. Arrange & Coordinate Site Testings and Inspections with Vendors and RTO/RE.
  10. Manage and plan site materials and equipment delivery to ensure efficient use of resources.
  11. Co-ordinate site storage space with Main Contractor.
  12. Assist Project Manager in timely submission of materials samples and mock-up for approval.
  13. Check RC structures conditions against construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found on site.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager.
