Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in ensuring that projects run smoothly. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the industry and hold a degree in building or civil engineering. Responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining schedules, and liaising with consultants and contractors to ensure all works comply with contracts and specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Prepared project status report by collecting analyzing, and summarizing information and trend

· Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.

· Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations

· Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

· Monitor and ensure all works carried out in accordance to contract and specifications

· Attend meeting and liaise with Consultants and Contractors

· Assist Project Manager
