Join Our Dynamic Team as a Project Sales Engineer!
We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Project Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, cost-effective and independent engineering services to support the growth of project portfolio.
What you'll be doing
Participate in marketing activities – exhibition, networking event, conference & customer visit.
Handle project enquiries & tenders – prepare & submit technical & commercial proposals.
Follow up with customers on project enquiries, quotations & commercial negotiations.
Project planning & initiation – Define project scope & initiate orders to suppliers & internal team.
Project execution & monitoring – Monitor project progress ensures meeting quality, cost & time.
Coordinate & communicate with customers, suppliers & internal teams to ensure smooth project execution throughout the timeline.
Provide technical & engineering support by preparing engineering drawings, datasheets, schematic diagrams, catalogues, manuals & technical documents.
Manage & identify project risks by addressing any potential issues throughout the project timeline.
Attend on-site activities, including testing, commissioning & troubleshooting works.
Handle after sales services such as warranty claims, equipment issues & servicing supports.
Oversee & manage projects from initiation to completion.
What we're looking for
Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Material, Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
3+ years of project management experience in an industrial environment.
Willingness to travel overseas up to 50% of the time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Project Coordination Experience
Critical Thinking & Time Management
Analytical, Detailed Oriented, Flexible and Dynamic
Possess Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skill
Good to possess Class 3 Driving License but not mandatory
Autocad Skill is a must. Good Autocad Skill is an advantage
