About the role

Join LWC Alliance Pte Ltd as a Project Engineer in the North-East Region. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic initiatives within the civil/structural engineering field. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including designers, contractors, and clients.

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, cost, and schedule.

• Ensure engineering work complies with relevant standards, codes, and specifications.

• Support the procurement of materials and equipment; track delivery schedules.

• Conduct site visits to inspect progress and verify compliance with design documents.

• Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, and submittals.

• Identify and troubleshoot project risks or technical issues.

• Participate in meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Promote a culture of safety and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations.

• Perform additional task as assigned by management to support company objectives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil/structural engineering or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar project engineering role within the civil/structural engineering industry or welcome fresh graduate

• Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including the use of project management tools and techniques

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices

• Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
