A leading technology company in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator to oversee electrical engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, client engagement, and ensuring quality control throughout project execution. This role welcomes fresh graduates and offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Effectively prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints
Ensure strict adherence to applicable engineering codes, industry best practices, QA/QC procedures, performance standards, and technical specifications throughout all phases of project execution.
Engage with clients on a daily basis to understand project requirements, address concerns, and effectively represent their interests throughout on-site operations.
Oversee all aspects of project quality control, including budgeting, scheduling, planning, and team performance, while delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to meet delivery milestones and provide essential technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and evaluate engineering deliverables to ensure alignment with project standards and objectives, initiating corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality and performance.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and BIM is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience in project supervision and coordination, with good understanding of project workflows and timelines.
Strong decision-making and leadership qualities.
Effective time management and organizationalabilities.
