A leading company in access control solutions is seeking a Project Manager to oversee installation projects and ensure maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with proven leadership skills. Key responsibilities include project management, technical support, and team management, aimed at delivering high-quality service to customers.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking project management and ensure the installation works are carried our as per the design and client’s confirmation
To ensure routine maintenance and annual shutdown work is carried out as scheduled
Provide technical support for customers
Lead and manage a team of technicians to execute installation, testing & commissioning and trouble shooting
To provide good service workmanship quality and maintain good relationship with end user, consultant, main contractor etc
Perform job hazard analysis and review risk assessment for the work site
Take initiative, ownership of site and responsible for answering queries and provide proactive resolution to customers
To provide service reports and recommendation to client
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
Preferred candidate with 2 years working experience
Experience in drawing software such as AutoCAD
Preferred with Class 3 driving license (Optional)
Possess leadership and management skills
Customer service oriented
Active team player, independent and resourceful
