Job summary

CYCLE AIRE (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to plan and oversee high‑value projects. You will prepare schedules and budgets, create work plans and guide teams to meet deadlines and cost targets.

You will work closely with procurement, produce progress reports and risk assessments, manage sub‑contractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and meetings.

Qualifications

• Prepare project schedules and budgets.
• Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Execute projects with minimal supervision within budget & schedule
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
• Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, method statements, client updates and attend meetings
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications
• Identify issues and elevate to Project Management well ahead of time
• Ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately
• Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures
• Responsible for working safely and meeting the EHS regulations on site
