Job Objectives

Overall implementation & completion of construction projects within schedule, cost, time & quality.

Core Responsibilities

• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
• Manages the work activities for the group of sub-contractors, supervisors, and workers.
• Ensures that all legal requirements under Singapore laws are complied with.
• Ensures that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Civil Engineering / Structural experience in related fields.
• A proactive and resourceful individual who possesses good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels.
