Salary:$4000- $6000

Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm(Mon-Fri)

Familiarity with gas and chemical systems in semiconductor facilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee gas line hook-up/unhook operations, ensuring proper integration and compliance with safety regulations in semiconductor cleanroom environments.

• Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Gas Monitoring Systems (GMS) and Heat Trace Systems in semiconductor facilities.

• Ensure heat trace installations for gas and chemical lines meet temperature control requirements, safety standards, and client specifications.

• Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and testing of gas detection sensors, alarm systems, and heat trace circuits.

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth project execution.

• Attend project meetings and site walks with customers to assess project requirements, gather specifications, and provide technical recommendations.

• Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants on documentation, operations, scheduling, and reporting.

• Conduct site surveys and risk assessments, providing optimized solutions for gas monitoring and heat trace system performance.

• Ensure all on-site activities comply with MOM WSHA safety regulations and customer ESH (Environmental, Safety & Health) policies.

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and technical proposals for gas monitoring and heat trace system projects.

• Evaluate material costs, labor, and equipment requirements to provide accurate and competitive pricing.

• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for both gas monitoring and heat trace systems.

• Train personnel on system operation, maintenance, and safety procedures related to gas handling and heat trace installations

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering field.

• Minimum 8 years n gas monitoring systems, gas hook-up, heat trace installations, or semiconductor gas/chemical systems.

• Experience with SCADA, PLCs or heat trace control software will be high desirable
