Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist SPM/PM in execution and managing day-to-day activities
- Scheduling and planning
- Prepare method statements
- Monitor work progress in relation to the project schedule
- Coordinate and liaise with clients and site team to ensure works are performed according to specifications and drawings
- Liaise with main-con engineer on site arrangements (including manpower and materials)
- Conduct and attend site inspections
- Assist in requisition of materials, ensuring timely delivery and mobilization
- Maintain project database and records of all construction documents
- Prepare progress reports, estimations, and other required reports
- Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties
- Position is located at the site office; travel to different sites is required
Skill Set
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry, preferably in civil/piling fields
- Proficient in English, MS Office, AutoCAD
- Experience in foundation works is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently under tight deadlines
- Good team player, capable of collaborating on multiple projects at various stages to ensure deliverables within set timelines and expectations
- Willingness to learn and grow; able to work under stress
- Possession of own vehicle/driving license is a bonus
