We're seeking Project Engineers and Site Engineers to join our team in Singapore and contribute to our civil infrastructure works projects.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer or Site Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing engineering, planning, quality, cost control, and scheduling functions.
• Adhering to the McConnell Dowell Project Execution Plan and safety/environmental responsibilities.
• Assisting senior engineers and the construction manager in daily site activities.
• Monitoring and reporting on site progress, including direct employee and subcontractor works.
• Developing procedures for construction activities and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Representing McConnell Dowell professionally in interactions with clients and stakeholders.
• Promoting McConnell Dowell’s core values and fostering a strong safety culture.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 3 to 5 years of relevant on-site civil construction experience.
• Preferably, local experience and knowledge of civil infrastructure or marine works projects in Singapore.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to work on an alternate 6-day workweek schedule.
• Transport pick up at Choa Chu Kang and Tanah Merah.
