Project Engineer

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee the design, implementation, and execution of sophisticated lighting control systems for high-profile residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams in the design and deployment of Lutron systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and other engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects, from initial planning to system commissioning.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout the installation and commissioning phases.
• Collaborate with Lutron technical support to resolve complex system issues.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience working with Lutron control systems and smart building technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Lutron systems such as GRAFIK, HomeWorks, Quantum, and Athena.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
