Job summary

Pixel Automation Pte Ltd is seeking a project coordinator with a background in mechanical engineering to plan and manage project progress, schedule, and budget. The role involves coordinating meetings, reporting progress, and ensuring milestones are met across engineering design, site execution, testing and commissioning.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of related experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Multitasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate on the project progress and schedule and ensure timely completion.
• Attend project meetings and prepare reports for project progress updates.
• Prepare project budget and cost estimation.
• Coordinate and plan to achieve project milestones, deliverables and schedule monitoring.
• Manage, control and monitor all project activities such as engineering design, site execution, testing and commissioning of the project.
• Prepare/review as-built ISO for claim purposes and follow up with the client for outstanding DOs/claims.
• Prepare/review as-built ISO for claim purposes and follow up with the client for outstanding DOs issued.
