Job description

Job Scope:

  • Assist Manager with implementation and application
  • Conduct site surveys and administrate documentations for projects and submission of progress claim update
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors, engineers and customers to seek clarification and understanding of technical requirements.
  • Manage site Electrical and Cabling works
  • Provide site & support services for systems testing & commissioning
  • Project planning, scheduling and execution.
  • Submission for relevant documents pertaining to site requirements.
  • Ensure all project activities are performed productively and are in accordance to the specification and schedule, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Responsible for site coordination and to make accurate, decisive and prompt decisions relating to work matters.
  • Coordinate and establish good working relations with partners and internal team to ensure smooth operations and project implementation.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of the project, ensure that project is in progress within schedule, meet the deadlines and budget.
  • Documentation of method statement and work procedure
  • Monitor and report to office/ management of project progress vs baseline including issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Attend site meetings and inspections.
  • In-charge for improving and revamp our safety aspects in terms of Risk Assessment and method statement.
  • Requirements

· · Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or relevant background

· · Min. 2-3 years of related field experience.

· · Good interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented

· · Ability to work independently.
