Job summary

Tangspac Search Private Limited, a subsidiary of Tangspac Consulting, is seeking an Electrical Site Coordinator to supervise and coordinate electrical activities on construction sites in Singapore. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely completion, high workmanship quality, and strict safety compliance.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and strong communication with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or EE/ME/related field.
• Experience coordinating electrical site activities or similar.
• Strong communication and independent working skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities including manpower deployment, work schedules, and material requirements.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with main contractors, consultants, and M&E subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Review electrical drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, variations, and progress claims to control financial and timeline objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and site teams on electrical installation and troubleshooting.
• Attend site meetings and report progress, issues, and solutions to management.

Required competencies and certifications
