Job summary

A leading construction firm based in Singapore is looking for dedicated individuals to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site appointments, compliance checks, and daily reporting, and must possess a Class 2B driver’s license. Candidates are welcome to apply regardless of experience, as training will be provided.

• Liaise with project coordinators for site appointments.
• Visit work sites and conduct site meetings.
• Prepare and submit daily reports.

• Liaise with project coordinators for site appointments
• Prepare documents prior to site meetings an joint inspections
• Visit work sites and conduct site meetings and/or attend joint inspections
• Ensure compliance to licensing, permits, regulations, etc.
• Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation
• Evaluate applications, records, or documents to gather information about eligibility or liability issues
• Prepare reports of activities, evaluations, recommendations, or decisions
• Submit daily reports
• Update project trackers
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess a Class 2B driver’s license
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
• Minimally a good pass in GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Candidates with no experience but are willing to learn are welcomed
