Qualifications

  • Min 10 yrs experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Strong expertise in CMOS+eNVM process integration and semiconductor device engineering.
  • Familiarity with IC design concepts and design-process interactions.
  • Proven experience leading and managing international, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking external counterparts.
  • PMI, PMP, or IPMA certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with leading semiconductor foundries is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CMOS and CMOS+eNVM technology development and transfer projects with global foundry partners.
  • Drive end-to-end program execution from technology development through qualification and high-volume manufacturing.
  • Manage cross-functional international teams across process integration, device engineering, IC design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
  • Serve as the primary technical and business interface between internal stakeholders and external foundries.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Provide deep technical expertise in CMOS+eNVM process integration, semiconductor device engineering, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Foster collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making across dispersed organizations.
  • Utilize advanced project management practices to ensure successful delivery of strategic semiconductor technology programs.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Director, Technology to lead strategic CMOS and CMOS+eNVM technology development programs with leading global foundry partners. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving advanced semiconductor technologies from development through qualification and high-volume manufacturing while managing international cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

As the key technical and business interface between internal stakeholders and foundry partners, you will oversee program execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and technology transfer to ensure successful delivery of critical technology roadmaps.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Min 10 yrs experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Strong expertise in CMOS+eNVM process integration and semiconductor device engineering.
  • Familiarity with IC design concepts and design-process interactions.
  • Proven experience leading and managing international, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
