Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end tendering process for new construction projects, including bid strategy, proposal development, and final submission.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and relationship-building with clients, consultants, and developers.

• Coordinate with internal teams (estimating, planning, engineering, and commercial) to prepare competitive and compliant tender proposals.

• Review and approve tender documentation, pricing strategies, and technical submissions to align with client requirements and company goals.

• Oversee pre-contract negotiations and assist in securing Letters of Award (LOA) or project agreements.

• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and tender clarifications to strengthen positioning and build credibility.

• Monitor industry trends, upcoming tenders, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure smooth handover after project award and alignment with contractual obligations.
