Job Description:

• Define project goals, timelines, and budgets in alignment with the organization’s objectives.

• Lead feasibility studies, design development, and budgeting efforts.

• Participate in bidding and tendering processes.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams including project managers, engineers, architects, and consultants.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, and external partners.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of the project from inception to handover.

• Monitor construction progress to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Resolve escalated issues, delays, or deviations from the plan.

• Implement and monitor QA/QC systems and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.

Job Requirements

• PEB Board recognized Degree in Bachelor of Civil Engineering

• 20 years of industry experience with at least 8 years in leadership roles.

• Laboratory, Institutional, Institutional & Design and Build, Commercial, Residential Projects exposure

• Project Contract Value: Minimum 3 Local Projects with contract value more than $150million
