Project Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of strategic projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor and report on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Coordinate and direct project teams, including internal staff and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage project changes and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Serve as a key liaison between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirement

• Experience managing in MOH (nursing home project) / MOE (school project) is preferred
• Knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and standards.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
