Job Responsibilities
1. KPI Monitoring & Performance Tracking
- Collect, validate, and consolidate KPI data from all functional managers (Project, Quality, Engineering, Production, Procurement).
- Maintain a central KPI dashboard with real-time updates for management review.
- Ensure KPI calculations follow standardized definitions and formulas as per the KPI Handbook.
- Flag KPI deviations and initiate corrective action discussions with relevant managers.
2. Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for all ongoing projects.
- Monitor progress against baseline schedules and report variances.
- Perform schedule risk analysis and provide recovery plans where delays occur.
- Coordinate with managers to ensure milestones are realistic and achievable.
3. Cost Control & Budget Monitoring
- Prepare and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts.
- Track Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics (SPI, CPI) across projects.
- Report cost overruns, forecast-to-complete, and cash flow projections.
- Support procurement with budgetary checks before PO issuance.
4. Reporting & Management Communication
- Produce Monthly Project Performance Reports for senior management.
- Coordinate Monthly KPI Review Meetings with all managers.
- Maintain transparency by ensuring all KPI results are supported by evidence.
- Prepare quarterly performance summaries for incentive payout decisions.
5. Risk & Change Management
- Maintain a Project Risk Register and monitor mitigation plans.
- Track and evaluate project change requests for schedule/cost impact.
- Ensure change control procedures are followed and documented.
6. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure reporting and monitoring align with company policies, ISO standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits on KPI reporting accuracy.
- Train department heads on KPI definitions, evidence requirements, and reporting processes.
7. Incentive Program Administration
- Act as performance auditor for incentive eligibility.
- Verify all KPI achievements with supporting documentation before approval.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance for timely incentive disbursement.
Job Requirements
1. Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Project Management / Business Administration.
- Certifications:
- PMI-SP (Project Scheduling Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CCP (Certified Cost Professional) or equivalent
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards
- Familiarity with EN1090 standards (advantage)
2. Experience
- Minimum 10 years in project controls, planning, and performance monitoring for large-scale EPC or modular fabrication projects.
- Proven track record in offshore wind, E-House fabrication, or oil & gas module construction.
- Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), schedule risk analysis, and KPI frameworks.
- Prior role involving multi-project oversight across engineering, procurement, and fabrication stages.
3. Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in -
- Scheduling Tools: Primavera P6, MS Project
- Cost Control Systems: SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
- Dashboard & Reporting Tools: Power BI, Excel (advanced), SharePoint
- Document Control platforms (Aconex, Procore)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for KPI tracking and forecasting.
