Job summary

Yuha Engineering Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our engineering, utility survey, construction support, and infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will oversee planning to completion and coordinate with clients, contractors, authorities, and site teams.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher in Civil/Engineering, strong project management and communication skills, and is willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet project

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in civil-related field is required.
• Strong project management and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays as per project needs.
• Singapore driving licence is an advantage.
• Experience with Singapore construction/infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, authorities and site teams.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, equipment, safety, quality, and deliverables.
• Attend urgent project matters and provide 24-hour standby support.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements; monitor site progress.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, submissions, and quotations.
• Lead and motivate project and site teams.

Yuha Engineering Solutions Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Director to lead our engineering, utility survey, construction support, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning to completion.




• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, authorities, and site teams.




• Manage project schedules, manpower, equipment, safety, quality, and deliverables.




• Attend to urgent project matters and provide 24-hour standby support when required.




• Be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays depending on project requirements.




• Monitor site progress and resolve operational issues quickly.




• Ensure works are carried out safely and according to project requirements.




• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, submissions, and quotations.




• Lead and motivate project and site teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.


• Diploma in Geo-Spatial Information and Technology will be ad added advantage

• Relevant experience in construction, engineering, utility works, surveying, or infrastructure projects.


• Strong project management and communication skills.


• Able to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.


• Must be willing to work night work, weekends, and public holidays.


• Must be able to provide 24-hour standby support for urgent project matters.


• Singapore driving licence is an advantage.


• Experience dealing with Singapore construction projects and authorities will be an advantage.
