Job summary
A leading company in telecommunications is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate project delivery across the ASEAN region. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in telecom, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese. This role involves managing post-sales project delivery and facilitating handovers to operations while working within a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Network Team’s project delivery unit and manage in-progress project delivery across the ASEAN region;
- Liaise with the Solutions and Outbound Business teams to carry out end-to-end post-sales project delivery, including procurement requests, project monitoring, coordination, and completion;
- Coordinate with the Cloud-Network team to facilitate project handover to operations and assist the Cost Operations team with input of leased resource information and follow-up on payment verification;
- Assist the Operations Cost Support role in submitting procurement requests and verifying subsequent payment information;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the department.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Major : Telecommunications, Internet, Electronics, Network Engineering, or related fields;
- Work Experience : Over 3 years of experience in telecom technical support;
- Certifications : Professional certifications in project management, process governance, optical transmission, or routing and switching are preferred;
- Professional Knowledge : Proficient in communication protocols and familiar with telecom operator network architecture. Preference for candidates with experience in telecom product design/development, large-scale campus networking, or system integration projects;
- Technical Skills : Skilled in optical transmission, routing and switching, submarine and terrestrial cable technologies, and experienced in project management;
- Core Competencies : Strong verbal and written communication skills (in both Chinese and English), excellent coordination and analytical abilities, strong writing skills; customer-focused, detail-oriented; Chinese language is needed as you will need to coordinates with product teams in China and customers in China.
- Other Requirements : Highly proactive, strong initiative, teamwork-oriented, dedicated, and able to adapt to short-term travel.
