Verz Design Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Project Executive to join our project team and support the smooth operation and maintenance of client websites. You will collaborate with developers and sales to deliver reliable online solutions.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or higher, experience in project planning and risk management, and familiarity with Shopify or Wordpress. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide proactive, organized support to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in project planning, execution, controlling and project risk management.
• Experience with Shopify and Wordpress is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate external developers
• Ensure project delivery and quality
• Liaison with internal and external developers
• Plan, control and manage project's resources
• Monitor the performance of development team
• Provide support to Sales Team, on a case-by-case basis
• Manage and provide leadership to internal development team
• Meeting with client & provide service recovery plan, if necessary
• Train and develop internal developers to improve skills and performance
• Understand project requirements and job scope, and provide the feedback to Sales team / client
